Kid Summer Camps – Find Their Muse During a Summer of a Lifetime

It’s Winter for land sakes! We are snowed in – why in the world would we be interested in Summer Camps for our kids?

The really GOOD summer camps FILL UP fast – I am talking with lightning speed. January is heavy traffic month for most private summer camp facilities.

Googling “Kid Summer Camps” will overwhelm you with choices – computer camp, cartoon camp, skateboard camp, bike camp, tennis camp, swim camp, cheer camp, soccer camp, archery camp, art camp, ad infinitum.

Why can’t there be ONE camp that covers most everything a child could ever want in a Summer Camp, while working on any weak academic area so they are sharp for the new school year?

Well – I found one that does it in spades.

I brought my own son to the camp when he was 5 years old (their offer today is a 2018 Nashville Summer Camp). We signed up for the next year and year after. We wanted to expose him to as many activities as possible so he could find his own Muse.

The Delphian School in beautiful Sheridan, Oregon offers one extraordinary adventure camp that covers every subject and desire a child could want.

Their motto: “Get ready for the summer of your life!”

They aren’t kidding!

The hardest choice is choosing amongst 25 different intensive camps, while receiving a personal programme dedicated to sharpen those skills you and the child want addressed.

  • Horse mini-Camp
  • Soccer  mini-Camp
  • Volleyball mini-Camp
  • Bowling
  • Softball mini-Camp
  • Flag Football
  • Swimming
  • Archery
  • Basketball
  • Yoga
  • Aerobics
  • Horseback Riding
  • Golf – Short Game
