Brilliant New Game for Adults & Kids – Cut the Rope

Cut the Rope rivals Angry Birds without the fanfare.

It was created in 2010 for the purpose of showcasing some of Microsoft’s latest and greatest work, thus it was designed to utilize Microsoft’s Internet Explorer Browser. That being said, there are now Apps for this fun and challenging game.

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer team partnered with Russian developers ZeptoLab (the creators of the game) and the specialists at Pixel Lab to bring Cut the Rope to life in a browser. The end result is an authentic translation of the game for the web.

This was a mind challenge for any age I put in front of it. It required Problem
Solving skills and a utilization of basic physics.

This is a great “break” between Home School classes, or for the coveted “Computer Break” you might give your school kids. It is innocent and challenging.

Although I wish it was a carrot or apple being cut into this adorable “On Nom’s” mouth, my 7-year old is happy someone is getting some candy on a school night!

YouthMUSE gives their thumbs up to this one!
